View removable media used in your organization

Keep track of the usage of all removable media in your organization at all times. The central inventory overview shows you at a glance which devices are in use, which users they are assigned to, and their current status.

Here's how to view all used devices.

– In the Appterix Management UI, navigate to Removable Storage Access > Inventory.
A table will be displayed containing all devices used by users in your organization.
Extended information is displayed for each device:

Gerät: The device name.

Owners: The user(s) to whom the device is assigned.

Comment: Additional information or internal notes about the device.

StatusThe current device status. Each device is only assigned one status at a time.

Tags: The tag(s) assigned to the device that provide information about its condition.

Serial number: The unique identifier assigned to the device during manufacturing.

Production: The manufacturer of the device.

Product ID: The code defined by the manufacturer to identify the device.
