Appterix Password Manager: Secure password sharing within teams

Appterix password manager offers companies a secure and efficient way to manage and share business access credentials within the organization.
How does it work?
Easy storage
Each user creates their own organization vault.
By default, all passwords and bank cards are private and visible only to him.
Targeted sharing: Users and groups
Data can be shared selectively if needed:
– with individual users
– or with user groups
Granular permissions for maximum control
Not every user needs the same access. Therefore, permissions can be precisely controlled:
– Display: Access to shared data for usage purposes (no changes possible)
– Edit: Update existing entries
– Manage: Manage permissions and assign rights
Quickly revoke access
If employees leave the company or change roles, access rights can be revoked immediately. This ensures that no unauthorized access to sensitive data remains.
How to share a password
– Open Appterix Password Manager and unlock the organization vault.
If the organizational vault has not yet been created, create it first.

– Find the password you want to share and select it.
– In the dialog box that appears, click on Share > add user.

– Select the users or user groups with whom you want to share the password.
– Manage corrections:
– – To change the permissions for a user, click on the default permission to the right of the user, and select the required permission.
– – Click on Add.
The password was successfully shared with the selected users.
