Check connection
To see whether the connection between the client component (agent) and the server component was successfully established after installation, there are two ways to check:

The tray icon (in the system tray next to the clock) indicates whether the client is offline or in standalone mode by displaying a red dot next to the Appterix logo. If no red dot is visible, a connection to the server component is established.

No connection between agent and server.
Testing the connection using the EgoMind platform
In the EgoMind platform (Administration in Bautzen) see under Device Manager > Devices all of your client's devices equipped with the Appterix Agent. Here you can find out whether the connection has already been established, what the status is and when the last login was.

Checking the connection in Appterix
You can see whether and when the connection between Appterix Agent and Server was established in Appterix under Device Management > Devices.

The Agentinterface can be found at the top right via the user icon the option to display user and server information. There you can see, among other things, which server and organization the agent is connected to and which user is being used.
