The Security Key Inventory and Status Definitions

The inventory (Security Key Management > Inventory) provides a detailed overview of all security keys detected by the Appterix agents.
As soon as a user connects a key to an endpoint with the agent installed, it is automatically detected.

Understanding the security key status

Each key always has exactly one current status:

• New: A security key that has been detected but is not yet being managed.
• Assigned: A security key that has already been assigned to a specific user.
• Not assigned: A security key that has not yet been assigned to a user.
• Divided: A security key that is assigned to multiple users.
