Limited Agent-Server Connection

If the connection between the Appterix agent and the Appterix server is not possible, there may be various reasons for this, which can, however, be quickly resolved.

Faulty installation

Blocked ports

Firewalls on the server, client and in the network often ensure that communication between agent and server is restricted or blocked. It is therefore best to check whether the server URL with the ports used (standard port: 443) can be reached from the client. If this is the case, but the client-server communication is still disrupted, please check the firewall of the network, server and client.
