Reporting: All reports in one place

In the area Reports You have the option to view and analyze relevant data. This data is presented in tabular form. Reports can be generated.

Reports provide valuable insights, for example into the allocation of YubiKeys and removable media, as well as other relevant areas.

The following reports are available:

• Report on YubiKey assignmentsAllows you to monitor YubiKey assignments for users within the organization.
• Report on removable media assignmentsAllows you to monitor removable media allocations for users within the organization.
• Report on FIDO2 login credentialsAllows you to view an overview of FIDO2 credentials (passkeys) stored on YubiKeys, grouped by Trust Authority ID. The report table lists all retrievable credentials.

View reports

Here's how to view a report

1. In the Appterix Management UI, navigate to Reports.
2. Select one of the following report types:
   • Report on YubiKey assignments
   • Report on removable media assignments
   • Report on FIDO2 login credentials
     
     
     
3. Use the filter options if needed.
   
   The report is displayed based on the selected filter. Additionally, you can print the report or export it in various formats, including Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or PDF.
