Reporting: Transparency across all removable storage devices

Appterix offers the ability to view a report on removable media assignments. The integrated report provides a clear overview of all removable storage devices assigned to individual users within the organization, creating complete transparency regarding device usage and distribution across the company.

Here's how to view the report

In the Appterix Management UI, navigate to Reports.

The list of available reports is displayed.

Select Report on removable storage assignments .

To filter users by number of assignments, expand the dropdown arrow and select:

0Select this option to display users who have not yet been assigned a device.

1: Select this option to view users who have been assigned a device.

2+Select this option to view users who have been assigned two or more devices.



The report is displayed based on the selected filter.

The report can be exported in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats.
