Import security keys in bulk via CSV

To prepare devices in advance, you can import security keys in bulk via CSV file. Imported devices receive the status "In stock"If a user later connects a key with a matching serial number, the status is automatically updated.

Prerequisite for the CSV file

The file must be in the following format (columns: model, serial number):

model, serialNumber
Swissbit iShield Key, 402643781160
Swissbit iShield Key 2 Pro MIFARE, 602648782360

Import steps

  1. Navigate to Security Key Management > Inventory.
  2. Click Import security keys.
  3. Select the type (Nitrokey or iShield Key).
  4. Upload the CSV file via Browse file or drag and drop.
  5. Click Import and check the results (Added, Updated, Skipped).
