YubiKey Journal: Track and analyze usage

The YubiKey Journal allows you to track and analyze YubiKey usage within your organization, giving you a clear overview of security-relevant events.

Here's how to display YubiKey usage information in the YubiKey Journal.

– In the Appterix Management UI, navigate to YubiKey Management > Journal.

- Under Journal – YubiKey Use the filter options to refine your search for events, Tags and Date range adapt.

– (Optional) To view further information or perform administrative actions:

– – Click on a YubiKey entry to open the dialog Journal Information .

– – There you can perform the following actions, among others:

—Manage YubiKey (e.g., lock, archive)

—Set YubiKey owner type

—Assign new owners to the YubiKey

—Access inventory data
