YubiKey Assignment Report: Full Control Over Device Distribution

Maintain a clear overview of YubiKey assignments within your organization at all times. This report helps administrators monitor the distribution of YubiKeys to users.

– In the Appterix Management UI, navigate to Reports.
The list of available reports is displayed.

- Choose Report on YubiKey assignments .

– To filter users by the number of assignments, expand the dropdown arrow and select:

0Select this option to display users who have not yet been assigned a YubiKey.

1Select this option to view users who have been assigned a YubiKey.

2+Select this option to display users who have been assigned two or more YubiKeys.

The report is displayed based on the selected filter.
